Would you please advise with a simple yes or no – if you are elected, would you support pressuring the coalition Government to bring forward, and vote for, the Member’s Bill introduced by NZ First, which seeks to repeal the Health (Fluoridation of Drinking Water) Amendment Act 2021 so that decision making for fluoridation can be returned to the hands of each local council?
Bex Johnson
Yes.
Rob Harvey
Yes
Jo Waitoa
No – I believe these decisions are best made by experts within the field of public health, not local councils who do not hold this expertise.
David Holmes
No I would not support.
Many highly rated people have looked at this and my mother was a dental nurse and had seen the results of fluiride
Henriette Nagel
No. I believe decisions on water fluoridation are best guided by public health experts, rather than local councils, who do not have the specialist expertise required for these matters.
Chris Peterson
No but happy to have a chat sometime …. after the election!
