Fluoride Action Network and others sued the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), alleging that the EPA needed to carry out a risk assessment for fluoridation chemicals under the US Government’s Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA). The EPA has to ensure all chemicals do not pose an unreasonable risk.
After conducting a risk analysis, the court has ruled that the EPA now needs to take regulatory action to reduce or reverse the eliminate the risk.

Lead attorney, Michael Connett, explains the case in detail to  Children’s Health Defense President, Mary Holland.
